Club Franco
Staff Writer: Yesenia Sanchez
Ever been interested in learning about French culture? If so, you should think about joining Club Franco. Currently, they are in the process of renaming themselves as Francophone Culture Club. The mission of the club is to host events that encourage exploration of where the French language exists and francophone cultures outside of France. They want to show people how French is fun and how interesting francophone cultures are to learn about. They have held a couple of events in the past, such as their Mardi Gras event where people were able to make beignets. Their most popular event held so far has been crepe night, where people get to fill their own crepes. They recently held a fireside game of Loup Garou with s¶mores. French and non-French speakers got to play and eat some smores. The club is currently planning future events to keep a lookout for.
