Boom City

 Staff Writer: R. Ortega

For both my carnivore and vegan friends, Boom City Brewer an exceptional restaurant located at 317 Pine Street, Downtown Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The brewery serves a variety of dishes from homemade salads and soups to deluxe burgers and delicious steaks, making this restaurant perfect for lunch, dinner or even late night-outing. Lunch is served from 11:00AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday or at 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday; dinner is from 3:00 Pm to 10:00 PM from Monday to Thursday and till 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday and on Sunday only till 9:00 PM. So, plan accordingly!

For my 21 and older friends, Boom City Brewery is known for the variety of micro-brewed beers, that included but not limited to: The Last Raft, Raspberry Wheat, Muddy River Black Porter and the Pine Street Ale. Remember to enjoy a nice drink, but be careful, the courthouse is right across the street from the brewery. For all my friends who do plan on driving keep in mind that there is no free parking downtown until 6:00 PM, so bring change or a credit card for those parking meters.

The location is petit in size and with COVID there are limited seating, unless you would wish to dine outside, keep in mind that you might have to wait for seating and for the food. Since the food is all hand-crafted and made right on the spot, it does take a bit of a wait, but at the end it is worth every bit! If you would like to schedule reservations or for more information fill free to follow the link: http://www.boomcitybrewing.com/menu-sp.html or call them at (272)202-2956.
