The Lycoming Women’s tennis team put on a great showing at MACs this weekend. Hannah Seebold and Rei Saar (first doubles), Emily Wolfgang and Haley Seebold (second doubles), and Hiyori Iai and Greta Kimble put up great fights in the first round. Sarah Lanphear and Emma advanced to the second round at third doubles before falling 8-2 to Stevens. In singles, Hannah Seebold won a tiebreak set to solidify her trip to the second round, with Rei Saar (third singles) and Sarah Lanphear advancing (fifth singles) before falling to Stevens, Wilkes, and Stevens, respectively. After her bye in the first round, Emma Kelchner (sixth singles) bested Misericordia. She moved on to Sunday, falling to Steven’s Anya Sharma. Other singles players, Haley Seebold (fourth singles), Emily Wolfgang (second singles), and Greta Kimble (seventh singles), competed well in their respective Saturday matches. The women will take on Moravian this Wednesday at Brandon Park at 4:30
